Dinner and Presentation/Demonstration attendance registration is 35$ for non-members and for $25 members.  AHJ registrants will not be charged.

The purpose of this course is to provide learners with an overview of the new NFPA 770 Standard on Hybrid (Water and Inert Gas) Fire Extinguishing Systems and how hybrid technology is revolutionizing special hazard fire protection.

    - 6:00 PM - 6:50 PM:  NFPA 770 Presentation and Victaulic Vortex Discharge                   Demonstration

    - 6:50 PM - 7:50 PM: Q&A (With Possible Second Demonstration)

Learning Objectives:

After this session, attendees should be able to:

ـ Recognize why NFPA developed a new standard for hybrid fire extinguishing systems

ـ Explain how hybrid fire extinguishing systems extinguish a fire ـ Compare the differences between hybrid fire extinguishing systems and CO2 , clean agent, and water mist fire protection systems

ـ Interpret the NFPA 770 Standard on Hybrid (Water and Inert Gas) Fire Extinguishing Systems

ـ Identify the appropriate steps required to inspect hybrid fire extinguishing systems

ـ Reference related standards and code
