In this webinar, we will discuss ARK foam concentrate and the transition considerations for upgrading existing foam water systems. The synthetic fluorine free foam (SFFF) is the alternative to legacy foams such as aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) The SFFF has been tested against fuels specifically at various heights, K-factors and sprinkler orientations.

Joshua Overholt is a multi-certified fire protection professional who works for the Viking Corporation as the Product Manager for special hazards. With over 26 years in the fire protection industry, beginning his career in the fire service as a 2nd generation volunteer firefighter, Joshua transitioned his passion into a career and promoted through the ranks of the fire service to Chief of Fire & Emergency Services. As Chief, Joshua oversaw daily fire department operations, conducted origin and cause investigations as well as fire protection system plan reviews, and supervised commissioning of new fire protection systems. Joshua earned his master’s degree in Emergency Services Management from Columbia Southern University and holds an undergraduate degree in Fire Science. Joshua is also currently employed as a Fire Inspector/Fire Investigator for the Caledonia Fire Department and is a member of the Michigan Fire Inspectors Society (MFIS), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA-CFPS), and the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI-CFI).
